How does the protein that you eat wind up building your muscles?
How do carbohydrates give you energy?
Why do we need to eat fats?

1. First you digest and then it goes into your blood stream, and them rebuilt into ATP cells that are what you need to build muscles.

2. First you digest it, then the sugar molecules are broken down which creates energy for cells.

3. Stores more energy than carbohydrates for the cells.
